Project Audits & Reviews

After planning a significant project, Cadence recommends a Project Review every three to four months.

A Cadence consultant will spend two days interviewing people in and around the project.  Then, one day is spent in document review and the creation of a brief report.  The report contains both positive and negative observations, and provides four to six key recommendations for course adjustments determined to be of the greatest benefit to the project at that time.
