Daisuke Anryu, PMP, (Anryu-san) is a manager in the Telecom Systems Business Group of Fujitsu SSL Limited, which is a subsidiary of Fujitsu, Limited. Anryu-san has worked for Fujitsu SSL since 1987, and has over 15 years of experience as a project manager of systems integration projects, ranging in size from five to 40 team members. Now Anryu-san has two roles. He is not only a project manager of a 40-member team developing systems for the telecommunications industry, but also a line manager of 50 subordinates. Anryu-san became a Cadence Seminar Leader in 2006. Anryu-san has been a chair of working group in Fujitsu SS project management Community since 2005. Anryu-san is a Fujitsu Certified Professional (PM), Fujitsu SSL Certified PM (3rd stage), and PMP certified by PMI.

Jeff Busch, PMP, is a globally experienced Project Management professional with 28 years experience of proven leadership, strong management skills, and strategic focus. He consistently has lead cross-functional based teams for customer projects as well as facilitated business improvement projects utilizing client-based teams. Jeff is adept in consensus building, problem solving, negotiating, mentoring and implementing change. Jeff is a recognized authority in project management and scheduling and has provided a wide range of consulting and training in Project Management, Strategic Planning, Disputes Resolution, Change and Risk Management and Business Management.

Lic. Edgar Hernández Cañas, PMP.  Ha sido consultor en el área de computación e informática por más de 15 años.  Ha desarrollado proyectos de integración y automatización a nivel internacional.  Ha publicado artículos en el área técnica sobresaliendo sus trabajos de investigación en el área de seguridad informática.  Además cuenta con una basta experiencia en el campo del entrenamiento y específicamente en al área de administración de proyectos.  Profesor universitario por más de 15 años.  Como socio del Grupo Sinergia es el líder del área de entrenamiento y uno de sus principales instructores.

Jay Christensen, PMP, has a broad base of experience in many different corporate environments and industries.  His experience includes management and staff responsibilities in new product development, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, sales and marketing.  Jay has a thorough technical understanding of software, from business IT applications to the development and launch of commercial products.  As Vice President of Cadence, he has managed many projects to create tools which support the approach.

Vrisou van Eck, PMP, is senior project manager and trainer/coach. He received his MS degree in business administration from the Delft University of Technology. Vrisou performed various project roles in the shipbuilding and the metal industry before he entered the IT-area where he got most of his field experience in project management, first at CAP Gemini and then as independent consultant. He worked both in the Netherlands and in Spain. As an instructor he got a wide experience in training and specifically in the project management area. He has been training hundreds of senior project managers as well as newcomers in the field. His main focus is on consultancy and auditing and reviewing for multidisciplinary projects as well as on individual coaching of project leaders. His goal is to help his clients in professionalizing the management of their projects. Vrisou finished an extensive book (in Dutch) on all aspects of the art and science of project management, to be edited in 2007 by Rozenberg publishers.

Salahuddin (Sal) Faruqui, is an operations professional with more than 25 years of experience in supply chain, product and process introduction, change management, and systems implementation worldwide. In that time, Sal has consistently executed successful programs to improve operational efficiencies, revenue growth and increasing profitability. He is an influential and effective mentor and coach with a distinctive ability to build trust and rapport with cross-functional teams and executive management. Sal has been a key member in change and implementation projects across a global and diverse catalog of corporate clients including Tektronix, PricewaterhouseCoopers, In-Focus Corporation, Credence Systems, FEI Company, and Intel Corporation.

Salahuddin holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Industrial Engineering from Oregon State University and is a member of Alpha Phi Mu, a honor society of Industrial Engineers.

Bruce Fieggen, PMP, is Vice President of Project Management at Q Pharma, where he trains and manages a team of project managers and oversees high-level regulatory compliance and product development projects for global life science clients. Mr. Fieggen has been a certified Project Management Professional since 1999, and has over 20 years of experience in the medical device in pharmaceutical fields. He has managed projects from $100,000 validations to $10,000,000 new product developments. He has also set up formal Project Management offices, and trained and mentored dozens of project managers.

Mr. Fieggen is an accomplished Project Management trainer, and is responsible for developing Q Pharma's proprietary Progressix methodology for management of Regulatory Compliance projects. He holds seven patents. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oregon.

John Kempeneers, MBA, PMP, is a professional interim, change and project manager with great experience in different fields, mainly information, for over 25 years. He is a good communicator, an entrepreneurial and result driven. He has been responsible for; design and implementation of a Shared Service Centre, reorganizations(s), implementation SAP; strategic orientation of Business Units/production plant. His broad experience goes from project to functional management. Therefore he is capable of translating strategic plans into practical realization within projects. Excellent coach with lots of attention for human aspects. He has a very practical attitude and is always aiming for the project to win!

Yukio Kohara, PMP, is an employee of Fujitsu’s subsidiary company, Tokyo to FFC Limited, Tokyo, Japan. At FFC, he is the manager for Project Assurance in the PMO Center. He has over 20 years experience as a Systems Engineer in factories of Electric and Motor companies in Japan. This became his foundation in project management. His experience as a project manager includes managing significantly large projects with a diverse project team – team members from Japan, Korea and China. He has achieved his certification as an IT Project Manager Professional, certified by the Japanese government and Fujitsu. Since April 2002, Kohara san has provided instruction on Project Management in IT for Chinese IT engineers.

Scott Lissit, PMP, is a senior program manager and trainer with more than 20 years broad experience in a variety of industries including aerospace, consulting and government services. He is adept at stand-up training, facilitation, and coaching. Most recently, he spent four years as Program Manager of a $10M program at CSM Inc. to develop and implement a new series of project management and systems engineering training courses for a large government agency. In 2003, he developed a Decision Analysis course for NASA, and has delivered it during the past three years to astronauts, flight controllers, and the Shuttle Mission Management Team. Other training experience includes delivering career transition seminars to hundreds of clients from Fortune 100 companies while a Vice President at Lee Hecht Harrison.

After beginning his career as a systems engineer at TRW, Inc. (now part of Northrop Grumman), he held management, analyst and consulting positions at Schafer Corporation, the National Technology Transfer Center, and IDEV (a website development company). In addition, Mr. Lissit has been a certified executive coach and independent consultant, working in leadership development areas with clients from small to large companies. Mr. Lissit has a Master of Science degree in engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Bucknell University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Tau Beta Pi. His interests include astronomy, travel, hiking and meditation.

Wil Mercer, PMP, Wil is a seminar leader and consultant who brings more than 30 years of experience as a senior program manager in high tech electronics. Wil has repeatedly demonstrated success in people and project management, product development, manufacturing engineering, and facilities management. Wil has instructed at the University level and has enjoyed training other project managers.

During his 30+ years at Tektronix, Inc, Wil led significant projects in a variety of applications, both national and international, in the areas of: New Product Development, Product Lifecycle Sustaining, DfE (Design for Environment) product conversions, PMO (Program Management Office), acquisitions, divestitures, industrial site selection, corporate relocations, & plant renovations. Prior to his career at Tektronix, Wil was an Engineering Instructor at Oregon State University where he earned his Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. He graduated with honors and membership in Phi Kappa Phi and Alpha Pi Mu honor societies. Wil earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.

Ronald Saborío Montero, PMP.  Cuenta con una amplia experiencia profesional en el área de tecnología de información donde ha desarrollado procesos de planificación estratégica y alineamiento estratégico informático, administración de proyectos de investigación y desarrollo e integración de aplicaciones empresariales en varios países de Latinoamérica.  Profesor universitario de amplia experiencia. Cómo socio de la empresa Grupo Sinergia y líder del área de consultoría, ha colaborado con muchas empresas en el mejoramiento de sus procesos de administración de proyectos por medio del entrenamiento y la consultoría.

John Patton, PMP, is President of Cadence Management Corporation.  John's leadership in the development and dissemination of state-of-the-art project management techniques has established him as one of the industry's leading "change masters."  His career has encompassed every aspect of project management, from strategic planning to construction and product introductions.  John's recent assignments include training in Japan as well as course delivery and consulting in Spanish to Latin American companies.

Mai. Rolando Guevara Ruíz, PMP.  Es socio y Director General del Grupo Sinergia.  Con una carrera de más de 25 años en el área de Administración y Auditoría, ha participado en el dessarrollado de proyectos multidisciplinarios a nivel internacional.  Posee una visión complemetada entre aspectos organizacionales y elementos técnicos que lo hace ser un consultor efectivo en la generación de soluciones apropiadas para los clientes.  Como instructor ha tenido una basta experiencia en procesos de entrenamiento en Administración de Proyectos a empresas del área centroamericana.  Profesor universitario en programas de grado y postgrado por 20 años, es instructor y combina sus labores de dirección con las de consultor senior del Grupo Sinergia.

Rod Sharman, PMP, is a native of the United Kingdom and has held managerial positions in a broad spectrum of financial and operational environments. He has lived and managed projects in many parts of the world, including the development and implementation of business systems in North America, Europe and Australia, and executive responsibility for the research, development and introduction of new products in the telecommunications industry. Rod is a highly skilled Seminar Leader, delivering with a high level of energy and effectiveness. His passion and belief in the benefits of project management has inspired many people to bring about significant changes to their personal project management world. As a consultant Rod has assisted many companies in turning round troubled projects, adopting corporate-wide standard project management practices and the establishment of effective PMO's.

Michel Stijlen, PMP, is founder of a consultancy firm TOC Resultants, based in The Netherlands. Michel’s expertise and experience focuses on project management. Prior to the current activities Michel was CEO of a software consultancy company Caesar Group (20 mio Euro yearly revenue). Caesar has a primary focus on delivering ICT projects guaranteed on time, with severe penalties for late delivery. The focus on project management in this environment is clear. The last months Michel has been adopting Cadence as a methodology to execute projects.

Eero Tervonen, PMP,is a partner and a consultant in Collex, where he focuses on project management training, project office development and project operations improvement programs with large customer organizations.

Before joining Collex Eero gained long experience with technology startup companies. One of them, Kronodoc, develops and markets project collaboration and document control solutions as a spin-off from cross-organizational project coordination research carried out at CERN, Geneva, where Eero worked for four years in the late 1990s.

Eero has a Ph.D. in physics from the Helsinki University of Technology and he recently completed his MBA studies with the Henley Management College in UK. Eero was elected in April 2007 to the PMI Finland chapter board where he now serves as a Treasurer. He is currently studying for his PMP examination.
